Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism was they need new beds.

This place could use better maintenance with fresh paint and flooring. We found a bug in the room but since it was only one I didn't raise an issue. The pet fee is to high. They charged 45$ per night instead the 35$ the email stated after booking and this should have been disclosed at booking but wasn't. Staff was very friendly and location was convenient.

Staff was nice. Had an issue with the heater and was moved to a different room with no issues.

It was a great stay. The rooms were clean and the pool was clean.

Felt very unsafe there. Wouldn't even go down to the front desk without my boyfriend. Hallways smelled like marijuana. I don't even think the smoke detectors in this building works. Our phone in the room wasn't even plugged in and the power cord itself was missing. The bathroom was gross. My boyfriend cut both his feet in the bathroom because the side and everything is done terribly bad and when we went down for a bandaid (thinking the guy at least had a first aid kit) he gave us these bandaids that looked like he peeled them off the bottom drawer of a gross desk. He also wanted $100 cash deposit at the beginning, so we gave him it, then he keeps $40 of it because my boyfriend got a little bit of blood on the sheets because of their bathroom being unsafe. Was a terrible experience. We would have rather slept in our car if we didn't already pay for the gross room. Thank God we didn't have our kids with. Was disgusting and sketchy. Also the elevator is on its last life.

Nothing unique but worth the money.

Couldn’t get a receipt when I checked out and now it’s 8 hours later and still no receipt

It's not perfect, but it's perfectly convenient. Their tight watch on their guests made me feel safe and lots of places to get food and shop at near by.
