Staff was absolutely Wonderful 😊! Bed, in my opinion was one of the Most Comfortable beds I have slept in, in quite a while.

I am not used to hearing heavy traffic at night so I wasn't a HUGE fan of the location to be honest, but it met our needs while we were there.

Very clean, the staff was very kind.

The staff was friendly, it was a clean place, and no trouble with anything. We had a wedding and a lot of people and they accommodated us very nicely.

The hallway/hotel was very warm. Also if you pay with a debit card be ware that the hold lasts a while. We checked out yesterday and I have paid for the room and the hold is still on there.

The water stunk so bad and left an oily feeling on ur skin and they don't give back your deposit and the sheets were dirty And I've been trying to get my $135.Deposit back and they just give you the run around over and over until you get tired of it and give up

Totally Amazing! I arrived at 2:30 PM, excited to catch a Royals vs. Reds game that evening. When I got to the front desk, I asked what time check-in was. The concierge told me it was at 3 PM, but I could check in early for $10. Before I could even decline, he launched into asking if I had any other guests, pets, or if I vaped or smoked. I explained that I didn’t, then left to spend that $10 on some great barbecue down the street. When I returned at 3:30 PM, the concierge told me I was “late.” I replied that I was right on time for something (handing over my ID). He then informed me that if I had mentioned I was from out of state, I would’ve been allowed to check in early without a fee. That was news to me. First impressions matter, and it was pretty clear they weren’t too interested in accommodating guests like me. The concierge then asked me the same questions again—about pets, vaping, and other guests. Then he asked why I got a room with two beds. I explained it was the most affordable option, and he complained that they wouldn’t make much money from my stay. That was an awkward interaction. As for the room: • The remote wouldn’t turn the TV on (I had to do that manually), but it did change channels… which weren’t labeled, making it a guessing game. • The shower had weak water pressure, and the tub had strips that were peeling up, so I had to be careful not to slip. • The next morning, I went to shave using the sink outside the bathroom, thinking it’d be better for grooming. After using a modest amount of water, I realized the drain was stuck closed, and the opener was broken. I had to leave a mess behind, which I felt bad about. When I went to check out, no one was at the front desk—just a sign. I rang the bell as another employee (with limited English) pointed at it. To his credit, language barriers happen, but good customer service can cut through that. When the concierge came, he asked how my day was. I told him it was fine (it wasn’t), and I’m pretty sure he knew that, but he still asked me to leave a review. So here it is. Oh, and when I got to the parking lot, I spotted a syringe on the ground. Took a photo. So… five stars! Except for all that.

We called while on the road to make a reservation for the night. Max was so helpful and friendly. We we pleasantly surprised to see that the property,though slightly older, was spotless and lovingly maintained. Beds and linens were nice. Such a treat to have an indoor pool and hot tub after a long travel day. AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was better than expected. Bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and make-your-own waffles with cold cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins and fresh fruit. Delightful surprise.
