Absolutely nothing.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We stayed at this location on October 10 through October 12. Our group consisted of me, my mother and two small children. Upon trying to find a parking spot we needed handicap for my disabled mom, almost every handicap spot was taken up by a boat parked by other guests. I brought this up to the front desk, all they said was “I know it is frustrating”. When we entered our room, the floor was so dirty that my mother‘s flip-flops were sticking to the floor. We arrived late at about 10 PM so we went to bed and had to wake up early for a soccer tournament. At 2 AM a man entered our room and then left after a few moments which scared my daughter, only reason we know this is we were awake because of the baby. The next morning, while getting ready my 1 year old son‘s feet were black within minutes from walking on the floor. After spending all day at the soccer fields, we got back at 8 PM and stopped by the front desk and I asked if housekeeping had cleaned our room that day because of how dirty it was, she stated “housekeeping has not cleaned any of the second floor for the day because they are short-staffed.” I explained to her my son‘s feet were black from just walking on the floor for five minutes, and she offered for me to mop my own room. I then explain that a man had walked into our room at 2AM and expressed my concern with the boats being parked in the handicap spots again, and asked if we could move to the first floor to a clean room. She said they were overbooked for the night and we would have to stay in our original room. After, I tried to find another place to stay, but where it was such short notice and there was a tournament in town everywhere was completely booked so we had to stay at this hotel. Upon checking out, I left a review I was then contacted by email by the manager and offered a $33.23 refund which I find insulting considering our safety was put at risk. Mold all over the air conditioner as well!

The bed was comfortable and the location was good.

Our room wasn't ready for hours after check-in time. They said they had over booked & never even apologized for the delay. They weren't friendly at all. I had booked 2 rooms that were supposed to be together & they were actually in 2 separate buildings! Thankfully, one room was ready. When I aked the manager about a discount because the reservation was made a couple of months in advance & we didn't didn't get the entire time like we were supposed to, she was a bit snarky and sarcastic and wouldn't give any sort of compensation. In one room there was toilet paper on the floor. In the other room there was no remote for the TV. Luckily, they did have a spare remote that I was able to go get. Not at all a good experience and definitely won't be staying there again.
