"Great location in Galleria area and room was very clean and comfortable"

Front Desk staff were great, especially Trey was very helpful.

The outside and carport areas needing some cleanliness. The staircase by section 7-8 was dirty and smelled like a smoking station. There was no food for breakfast…that was very disappointing.

"Don't stay with family.Good for single or friends outing for one day."

Location near good places

Room service are not good.Rooms are with smoky smell.Cocroaches are roaming around.Not even a complementary water , coffee sachets and cups .The bathroom shower is broken even the bathtub drain is not working.

"It was still a good stay"

The floors were all stained up and pet hair on the furniture and there was no hot water in the kitchen
