La posizione

Albergo sporco, bagni vecchi, servizi molto poveri. 40$ al giorno in più per i servizi spiaggia e poi ti dicono che la sedia te la devi portare tu a mano facendo circa 500 metri a piedi dall’hotel al mare. La colazione mai sotto i 50€ per 3 cappuccini e due cornetti. Il ristorante non può essere caricato sulla camera

L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione

Tutto. Personale poco attento. Eravamo in quattro e continuavano nonostante i miei solleciti a pulire la stanza dando seto di asciugamani per due. Accoglienza pari a 0. Inoltre la colazione non è veramente inclusa ma questo è stato più colpa di booking che dell' hotel. Insomma troppo caro per ciò che si offre. Da evitare.

continued problems with the shower

We booked via Expedia for 3 nights, but left after 1 night due to noise from the hotel bar (on one side of our room) and the hotel restaurant (on the other). When we spoke to the manager in the morning, with him aware of our two complaints when music was still playing at 11:30pm, we were greeted with a smarmy “What seems to be the problem?”. We were then told the hotel had received multiple complaints about the noise and offered one room further from the source…but the same manager admitted it was too small for a family of four. Anyway, with NO action taken on the first night, and no ability to cater for us in a suitable room we had absolutely NO confidence that the hotel could guarantee our right to ‘quiet enjoyment’ for the subsequent nights…so we left and checked into another nearby hotel. Not the way we wanted to begin our stay in Miami. NB: having booked, and paid, in advance, both Expedia and the hotel have so far refused to refund the subsequent two nights, but our credit card company is pursuing both for services not rendered.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très belles , elles sont très propres , nous regrettons toutefois qu à notre arrivée nous n avions pas les draps pour utiliser le lit canapé et cela dans aucune des deux chambres louées ..

Pas de draps à disposition pour faire le lit du canapé . Service pour les bagages oki à l arrivée par contre le départ est pas identique , nous avons dû nous débrouiller seuls avec toutes nos valises même avec un enfant en bas âge. Et après nous avons dû attendre 30mn devant l accueil le voiturier pour apprendre au final que la voiture se trouvait dans la rue derrière , nous avons dû une fois de plus y traîner nos nombreux bagages tout seum sans aide , bref au prix de la chambre je trouve dommage que le service ne soit qu à l arrivée , le départ on vous laisse vous débrouiller et pire aucune information pour récupérer le véhicule alors qu il vous voye attendre
