Park Central South Beach

Excellent location on beach, great food at the onsite restaurants. Great customer service from everyone. Pet friendly, even at the outside dining areas!

Room was very small and not the quality I expected for the price we paid. Bed frame was smaller than bed so you hit your shins on the corner. Rust on edge of mirror.

No elevator someone randomly opened the room door while I was in the shower my friend was awake and said hey they didn’t announce anything of house keeping or guest service, just slammed the door shut who knows who it was definitely a safety hazard to consider, on the return from a dinner got approached by staff demanding to ask if we were guest in the hotel and were confrontational asking for room number when I said no ask the concierge front desk they called security what an unpleasant situation don’t recommend stay away many other places to go

All bad stay away many places to choose from if you value safety and no judgement

ambiance was great. View and location superb

noisy neighbors late at night. Disrespectful of quiet times. Walls poorly sound proof. Another issue is the hotel not familiar with electronic identification forms from California

Our group arrived expecting a standard check-in experience, but we were not allowed to check in until after 6:00 PM, which significantly disrupted our travel plans. The manager explicitly promised us a credit for a future stay to compensate for the inconvenience. That credit was never provided, despite multiple follow-ups. When we contacted the hotel again, we were told the credit would not be honored because a negative review had already been posted — which is extremely unprofessional and concerning. Holding promised compensation hostage based on whether a guest leaves a positive review is unacceptable. We gave the hotel ample opportunity to make this right before sharing our experience publicly. Unfortunately, due to the delayed check-in, broken promises, and poor handling of the situation afterward, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
