Awful beach access, chairs were undersized, used and broken. Had to rent chaises for the day.

Parking Service war Katastrophe, jedoch kann das Hotel nichts dafür, das Zimmer war am Boden teilweise sehr schmutzig, Bad, Betten und Balkon waren sauber.

not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, at least in Europe. we colud only choose continental breakfast very basic and we couldn't take a tea instead of a coffè without pay. We were there 4 nights but the staff cleaned the room only after the first night

Terrible. Awful. I paid $400 per night for the suit with the Ocean view. I got 2nd floor, street view, with terrible non-stop noise 24/7, above restaurants, no elevator. Person (his name is Jack), who was not receptionist, on 4/5/2026 assigned me and my 8 years old son in this the worst room in the hotel. I didn't sleep 2 nights. On 4/6/2026, at 9pm, I asked the receptionists Una, Nicole, manager Octavio to move to another room. I was ready for ANY quiet room, with 2 queen beds. They said "We don't have any (!) available rooms". It was on Monday night!! They also refused to give me refunds, if I would find another hotel. Several talks, no any sign of help, no any solutions, only arrogance, unprofessional rude attitude. They don't said listen at all. They said that the only available room located on 2nd floor(!) is the same above restaurants, in another building. Then manager Octavio finally pushed me out from the lobby! He said "you have to leave the lobby immidiately, you can stay only in your room, leave the lobby!" He constantly called me "mommy, or mum", even I corrected him every time: "I am Ms. (my last name)". The worst place, Hotel, location, service and staff in Miami Beach, Florida. STAY AWAY.

Posizione ottima per una vacanza

Manager incompetente e non in grado di governare la struttura Colazione all’italiana servita al tavolo sul marciapiede della strada e non a buffet Il primo giorno, al check/in verso le 18,30 nonostante avessi effettuato giorni prima il pagamento anticipato di tutto il soggiorno, abbiamo trovato la camera senza 1 letto e gli asciugamani Abbiamo immediatamente chiesto cortesemente al Desk di provvedere alla preparazione per come prenotato e saldato Dopo una decina di minuti si e’ presentato un membro della sicurezza che con le mani sporche portava lenzuola ed asciugamani Il risultato è stato che ho dovuto farmi il letto da solo e spostare un tavolo di marmo e due poltrone per riuscire ad aprire il divano letto che senza questi spostamenti era impossibile aprire Ho rappresentato la mia lamentela alla Reception che mi ha detto che avrebbe riferito il giorno dopo al manager Ovviamente il giorno dopo non è successo niente e quando ho incontrato il manager sono stato io a dover chiedere spiegazioni Dopo scuse non sincere mi è stato richiesto il numero della camera lasciandomi intendere che avrebbero pensato ad un complimentary gift Ovviamente ancora una volta non e’ successo niente La mancanza di professionalità e capacità del manager condiziona tutta la struttura Le camere sono sporche Il banco Reception e’ inefficiente ed alcuni di loro sono maleducati Insomma vi sconsiglio vivamente di non andare in questo Hotel che non ha nulla oltre alla posizione In ultimo ritengo che Booking.com debba selezionare le strutture con le quali collabora perché esistono dei requisiti minimi (pulizia,educazione,problem solving ecc) che chi guarda delle foto vecchie su di un sito non può verificare
