Die schöne Lage am Bodensee, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit Die freundliche Betreuung an der Reception und im Seerestaurant.

Dass der Spa-Bereich immer noch geschlossen war, obschon schriftlich mitgeteilt wurde, dass ab Ende März wieder alles benutzbar sei. Gerade bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter hätten wir dies sehr gerne genutzt. Enttäuschend war auch, dass es keine Reduktion oder Gutschrift gab. Schade war auch, dass die Domikanerstube und die Bar am Abend nicht geöffnet war. Die erste Begegnung mit dem Personal in der scheinbar geschlossenen Bar war unfreundlich. Danach hat sich die Stimmung aber verbessert.
