"Das Inselhotel ist stets eine Kurzreise wert, optimale Lage, sehr nettes Personal"

Wir sind "Wiederholungstäter". Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer. Wir besuchen dieses Hotel hauptsächlich in der Nebensaison, da es dann etwas günstiger ist. Das einzige Manko war dieses Mal, dass die Sauna nicht genutzt werden konnte. Dies wurde uns jedoch bei der Buchung mitgeteilt, somit ist es o.k. Wir werden wie jedes Jahr(etwa 2x im Jahr) in der Nebensaison gerne das Hotel wieder besuchen. Das Personal ist stets hilfsbereit und freundlich

- Es besteht überall ein unübersehbarer Renovierungsstau. - Der schmale Balkon vor dem gebuchten Zimmer war mit schmutzigen Möbeln bestückt. - Weder beim Abendessen noch beim Frühstück gab es Tischdecken. - Ein Marmeladenspender beim Frühstücksbuffet war defekt. Es fehlte an Servicekräften.
