The proximity and locality in Frankfurt. It’s a stunning building and you feel like you’re staying in a part of history. The restaurant and breakfast area were exceptional. The staff were excellent, couldn’t not fault their attentiveness and knowledge.

It’s never good when the maintenance team need to come to your room for multiple issues…our air conditioner never really worked. The filter the technician pulled out was putrid and still didn’t mean the aircon functioned and then the sneezing we experienced the minute we walked into our room was awful. The shower isn’t very strong. It’s interesting and novel with all the different buttons but I really just wanted a shower with decent pressure and not this weird hot/cold circling weak water experience. Our chair was broken when we sat down on it but they brought a new chair very quickly. Just very tired rooms and so small!
