* Blood on the child’s pillow * Blood and yellow stains on the adults’ pillows * Dirty shower * A family with a stroller was given a room on the first floor because the elevator was out of order. They didn’t even apologize — they smirked and said the elevator would not be fixed. * Dirty towels * Torn bed linens * An awful-quality “double bed” made by pushing together two small single beds on wheels that slide apart, making it impossible to sleep comfortably * Dirty baby crib * Dirty bedding hidden inside the sofa, which was already half-assembled upon arrival * The sofa was covered in stains * Dirty floors — after just half an hour without shoes, white socks turned gray * The desk lamp was missing a light bulb
