Hotel Eisenhut

We love this hotel and have stay here once before. We hope to again! The breakfast buffet- esp the variety of bread choices- is wonderful!

The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Also, the location of the hotel is very good.

Well located. Room very spacious and clean.

If you book a classic room, you need to be aware that these rooms are in another building across the road from the main hotel where you check in. Although the room is nice, the foyer is musty smelling and has no staff to help you.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und schnippisch Die Preisgestaltung der Zimmer war nicht nachvollziehbar und haben teilweise nicht den Bildern entsprochen Da aus familiären Gründen eine Person nicht anreisen konnte, wurde auch nach Nachfrage nicht darauf eingegangen, wie man die Kosten für das nicht erhaltene Frühstück zurückerhalten könnte.

Die Lage ist 1A. Auch die Ausstattung, Dekoration kombiniert mit der Historie des Gebäudes ist gut gelungen.

Das Hotel ist in zwei Häuser aufgeteilt und dies wird dir leider bei der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt. Wenn du also Pech hast, bist du gegenüber in dem verlassenen Gebäude, komplett einsam, kein Personal, und für dieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht in Ordnung. Man hat kein Airbnb gebucht, sondern erwartet ein Hotel mit Servicepersonal und Menschen um dich rum. Es war das Gegenteil der Fall. Auch das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern, ich hatte extra die das Hotel gebucht, da es sehr moderne Zimmer anbot und war bereit, mehr zu zahlen, dies war aber bei mir nicht der Fall, besonders nicht das Bad.

Fabulous location in the centre of everything. Great breakfast and lovely outdoor area for relaxing.,

My room was not very accessible. Bed was ok.

Prima ontbijtbuffet, veel keuze. Locatie in centrum van Rothenburg ook fijn.

Moesten wel stukje lopen vanaf de parkeerplaats. Hotel zelf heeft maar paar parkeerplekken.
