Marriott Kansas City Overland Park

I always enjoy my stay at the O.P. Marriott. The staff is courteous and helpful and the rooms are always very welcoming. Nice amenities and bar/restaurant make it a perfect place to stay when there. They’re also very pet friendly - my dog knows his way around the hotel 😂

Front desk sucks. Don’t know what she was doing. Had wrong card number that paid for rooms. Now getting charged a nights stay that I used for parking. Very bad!!!!

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable And the room was clean. We were charged $15 a night for parking. This is ridiculous. I'm paying $250 a night and you can't offer your guests parking. I won't be staying again.

Comfortable room and bed. Nice big pool inside and outside for the kids! Lots of seating in the lobby for guests to gather.

The price was plenty high but expected it because of events going on they always raise prices. Kids running halls during quiet time no security, 15$ a day for parking what’s up with that never seen security or gates down the entire time, paying for parking at hotel that is already taking advantage of events and raising prices is ridiculous.

The hotel is great for those that appreciate an elevated hotel experience. The fitness center, lobby, and room space was clean and on brand with my expectations for Marriott International. I think the hotel tends to cater to business professionals and gets a lot of high traffic as it has a large conference center. I imagine it’s been recently renovated as the outside appearance doesn’t match the elevated experience inside. I recommend this hotel on the Overland Park area for its comfort, cleanliness, location to the highway, and overall amenities.

Nice hotel. Stayed numerous times here and is always clean, friendly, and convenient. Will continue to use thos hotel.

Love this location for shopping in Overland Park area. Hotel is showing signs of wear. No upgrade for Marriott lifetime platinum even though hotel was empty. There was a tear in the fitted bed sheet. Walls are beat up. There was a dirty sock by the wall and lounge chair. We heard the service elevator for hours. Not a great stay this time even though we usually get treated like actual Marriott rewards members. I guess it doesn’t pay to have the status anymore. Hotel is getting run down. And they charge $15 parking fee. This isn’t downtown KC with limited space. Will maybe check into other hotel chains as I expect better for the money and my loyalty.
