The room are very spacious, the only disappointment was there’s no washing machine, no hot water in the morning and in the evening,

Location is really nice, close to the dunes, close to the ocean, quiet environment.

Communication with the staff and reception was very, very unprofessional. They said to wait for 10-15 minutes and did not appear in the next 3 hours. Reqests were from different people very not reliable - the staff, info line.

Arrived at the gate, pressed the buzzer, no answer. Try a few more times, no success. Then we phone them. Ten minutes later, Guy on scooter shows up to get us in. A few days later, our key card stopped working. No reception, so had to phone again. 30 minutes wait on the steps and Guy on scooter shows up 'to see what the problem is', even though we told them. He lets us into our place and says he'll be right back. Two hours later, and some chasing from us, and the guy at the other end of the line yelling at us that they are busy, Guy on scooter shows up with new key cards. All in all that evening ruined since we had plans for a nice meal.

The only good thing left is the location of the apartment.

Upon check-in there wasn't even a bottle of water! Is that possible??!!! They stopped giving out buns in the morning. The sun lounger is broken, all the chairs on the balcony are almost broken, one bed is sagging, the towels are just old rags, the cleaning was bad. We have been booking this accommodation for 7 years in a row, we were always greeted with a smile at the reception, a nice gardener and cleaner. Now everything is gloomy and soulless, the person who met us was not friendly. All the apartments around are decorated for Christmas, and only Particio is gloomy and dull, not a single garland or Christmas tree. Forgive me of course, but if you have changes, they are usually for the better, and I got the impression that the management just doesn't care. The payment terms are also wild - the cost is not refundable under any circumstances!

The highlight was the jacuzzi, which provided a nice place to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the panoramic lift, which made the hotel accessible for those in need, even in a small building. The warm pool was a lovely touch, and the breathtaking views of the skydivers and Maspalomas Beach added a unique charm to my stay. The hotel's location offered quietness and privacy, enhanced by a large balcony that allowed for relaxing moments outdoors.

The bedding was particularly disappointing; the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the sofa bed was short and lacked comfort, which made it less than ideal for lounging or sleeping. The quality of the blue towels was also subpar, looking worn and thin. Overall, the room felt outdated, which detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

It was quiet at night! To sleep. Quiet during day to enjoy large balcony and view of dunes. It was a little more equipped than a usual holiday let.

Bathroom a bit tired, but everything worked.

No breakfast was included. The apartment's location is very good, quiet area and close to the beach and Dunes. The garden and pool are very nice. The staff are kind and helpful.

The kitchen's equipment is very limited. If you arrive with a plane (limited luggage) some basic stuff like oil, salt, pepper, tea would be nice and helpful.

Once we arrived, we called the company on the intercom and they responded very quickly and we were in within 10 minutes.

No instructions posted at the entrance and we would have appreciated an email to inform us of the process.

They changed our room because the first one had a bad smell of tobacco. The staff was nice.

The electrical terrace sunshade was not functional. The dishes were dirty. And the refrigerator was making a lot of noise during the night.

Location was great, pool area was clean, tidy and quiet. Balcony excellent, and having free air con was good surprise as we thought we had to pay extra . Lovely and quiet. Once we managed to speak to reception Javier was very helpful and apologetic.

We came 6 years ago and there has been so few updated facilities. Lack of cooking facilities for a long stay was an issue for us. The information on booking.com was out of date and close to false advertising and, at best, misleading. We were told that there had been a recent takeover of ownership, but this would not affect our stay. When we arrived, we were not given any information on changes, such as air con being available. Reception opening hours, etc. We had to message the emergency number to find anything out. Lovely large TV, only one sky news channel in English. Not good enough. We stayed 3 weeks. The bedding was changed in the first week after 3 days. We then had to ring on day 16 as the bedding that should have been changed weekly had not been done. Generally, the lack of information in the room was really poor. For example, you can't use the cooking facilities with the air con on. A simple explanation in the room would have saved us thinking the hob was broken. Toaster was rusty. Generally run down. In need of upgrading and deep cleaning.
