The location and the facilities are great (although I highly recommend checking the cleanliness of the jacuzzi). The views from the terrace are unbeatable.

At the beginning, we had a 'small issue' in the apartment upon arrival. I called the Sunday receptionist, and the response was not entirely agreeable. However, 15 minutes later, he called back with a solution, and everything changed. After that, everything went wonderfully.

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene una puerta que conecta con el paseo costa canaria, el cual es ideal pa Sra caminar y hacer ejercicios. Está muy cerca de las dunas,y de la playa lo cual es súper magnífico. Las habitaciones superiores tienen unas vistas inmejorables. Los empleados en general son maravillosos y muy atentos con el cliente. Hago mención especial a Javiernde recepcion, que es un sol, reboza de amabilidad, empatía y siempre con una permanente actitud a solventar cualquier duda o problemas que pueda surgir.

Fine I arrived and the reception man was there. Usually check in is 15.00 I was there around 11.45 my room was available

Kichen units and bathrooms could be doing with an update. No air con in bedroom I had to sleep on the couch with the air con on

The apartment was very clean and nice, well equipped with everything one would reasonably need whilst on holiday . Very close to the beach with breathtaking views.

Everything was fine.

Alsol Patricio está muy bien para descansar y relajarse. Los apartamentos no son pequeños y están muy bien distribuidos, aparte cuentas con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Los trabajadores son maravillosos. Sin dudas volveremos.

Despite its central location near shopping centers and tourist attractions, the area is remarkably quiet. It strikes a perfect balance, offering easy access to everything while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

Since our flight was delayed and we arrived at the accommodation quite late, it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge or a note indicating that the tap water was safe to drink. Additionally, as we were on the ground/below ground level, our bedroom windows were high up and the curtains were short. When lying in bed, the light from the window shone directly into our eyes. Longer curtains would be a great improvement.

Good location, small complex with friendly staff, pool and garden area nice although pool could do with a daily clean of flys that have flow into it, nice sun loungers. Accommodation is fair and cleaned regularly (mop over the floors and surfaces wiped , fresh towels every three days. To apartment has everything you you need apart from an ironing board

Apartments are dated and in need of a good freshen up, the cleaner comes in regularly but doesn’t do a though clean, dust and dead cockroach found when we got into our apartment, The smell coming from drains in the apartment practically every other day was a bit of an issue, especially if you had been out for the day the place would need to be ventilated for a while. As self catering the room would benefit from an oven. The two rings and microwave were ok but limits what you can cook
