Frederick Street Townhouse

Fantastic location right in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. Lovely room, very comfortable with everything you would need for stay.

Reception staff were friendly. My room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious too with a great shower.

The windows needed cleaned and the loo seat was wobbly.

Well situated town house. The staff were great I checked in at the pub / restaurant next door.i was able to leave my luggage there before check in. The room and facilities were excellent and v clean They kindly upgraded me too.. Great customer service. The Button factory adjacent is a vibrant place too. The area has numerous pubs and cafes and its only an easy 10 minute walk to the centre. Great stay 👌

Really friendly check in and the room was tastefully decorated and had a very comfortable bed.

Hadn’t realised there aren’t any overnight staff on the premises. There was some fresh fruit and yoghurt for breakfast which you could take back to your room as no dining room.

Great old building, wonderfully renovated (without the usual overly curated shabby-chicness). Also and very importantly, it was nice and quiet considering how close it is to the city (10min walk)

Comfy bed, great shower. V clean

Toilet seat needed repairing. Could have done with more milk in room and a shortage of 'breakfast' items provided
