"Look elsewhere…"

I had already paid for my room, but was charged again upon arrival without the front desk person telling me. Now, I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back! There was trash piled up outside the door to the hotel. The room was in poor condition with evidence of deterioration. There were kids running down the hallway, and people pounding on doors late into the night. If you need a good night’s sleep before an early flight look elsewhere! It is obvious that this hotel and the neighborhood it sits in has seen better days!

The hotel is clean the staff is friendly the bed was comfortable the rooms are spacious the breakfast had plenty of options the pool is extremely spacious and the jacuzzi is comfortable overall excellent hotel. I’d recommend it for anyone who has a pet and needs a nice clean room.

"Oldie but Goodie"

I love this location, I really liked the staff and I have stayed here dozens of times for work. I feel like the Facility could use a little love ... Some of the room accommodations are wearing out but the price is great, the location is nice and the staff are fantastic.

"No complimentary breakfast"

When reserving the stay, it stated there would be a complimentary breakfast included in the price. On arrival, I was told that there would not be any breakfast. No offer of snacks or compensation. Very disappointed.

"Swiftie Fun Weekend!"

We LOVE the staff at this location (Indy- airport)! They are so much fun and really friendly. We are here for the Taylor Swiftie Indy invasion weekend. This staff decorated, came up with fun prizes, has gift bags for the rooms TS themed. What a fun surprise - very creative! The hotel is CLEAN, well stocked and the rooms generous. Thanks for a great stay!

"Good stay"

The staff is amazing and understanding…the rooms provided were pretty cozy and clean. I have 1 suggestion - if there was way we could have more vegetarian options for our warm breakfast menu, that would have been appreciated. I couldn’t have any.

"Spacious Room and Great Cookies"

The hotel room was spacious and clean! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the delicious welcome cookies. We also appreciated how close the hotel was to the airport. We spun the wheel at the front desk and are still waiting for our 5,000 points. - Lily H Bonvoy account ending in 4355
