Silvesterabend: Keine Heizung im ganzen Hotel, SPA Bereich auch kalt, Dinner Preis/Leistung eine Katastrophe (auch teilweiße kalt und mit erheblicher Verspätung), falsche Rechnungen wurden erstellt, Servicepersonal überfordert und nicht professionell, Duschabfluss schwierig, Gleicher Cocktail völlig verschiedene Zutaten und Mischungen. Katastrophe!!!

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Bar und Gastronomie, reichliches und vielfältiges Frühstück.

Ich hätte mich über etwas mehr Luxus im Zimmer gefreut, z.B. eine Minibar und kleine Hygieneartikeln anstatt der dicken Flasche Seife an nur einem Waschbecken.

Nice hotel with excellent amenities good location enough green to walk and enjoy but still close to city center. Highly recommended if you have kids.

The room did not get any warmer solved this problem with an extra electric radiator. This was the only problem we had..
