The view towards the Acapulco bay was awesome but the fact that had to pay for parking in an area that was unpaved and a very bad shape, was not worthy to do so....

The hotel is very close to the beach,shops,reataurants,clubs and pubs and have an amazing view . Room with balcony and the bed very big .Shower ok ,but the big minus is that you don't have minibar in your room. Another problem is the lift(when the hotel is busy,you can wait 10-15 min) Over all,is good for the price,but needs a lot of improvements!

KEEP AWAY OF THIS HOTEL...I WAS ASSAULTED INTO THE HOTEL ON THE NINE FLOOR THEN THE SECURITY GUARD CATH THIS GUYS AND I HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO THE SECURITY FOR GAVE ME BACK MY PHONE...I REPORTED TO THE MANAGER AND NOBODY HELP US...THIS IS SERIOUS ..JUST DONY BOOK IN THIS HOTEL THERE ARE MANY BETTER OPTIONS IN ACAPULCO...

"Close to all the Action!"

Walking distance to the beach, nightclubs, bars, and restaurants. The clubs don't close until 5am which is great unless you want to sleep early because bass is thumping all night. Perfect location for night owls and there's a great taco restaurant right on the street near the hotel. Rooms where nice, beautiful view and cold a/c. Staff where very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was filthy, complete with cigarette butts and trash floating around. The Jacuzzi water was brown...
