Bugs flying in the sink, urine in the elevator. They had to fix tv
Front desk check in was terrible. The room was ok, good pillows but that’s about it. High road noise since rooms open onto outside walks. There were people outside partying late, lots of noise. Not worth the bargain price if a good night’s sleep is impirtaht, in my opinion
This is not a good place to stay. First, the room was in Really bad shape with what looked like multiple blood stains on the wall. I am not writing that to exaggerate. The sink wasn’t draining and there was no tool to pick up the clog. When I told the front desk about it in the morning around 9am, it took them until 4pm to fix it and the mechanic told me there are similar bad issues all over the buildings. There were also many brown stains on the sheets in my room. Someone got arrested outside in the parking lot on my first night. The breakfast is literally just fake eggs and make your own waffles. It was just a really sketchy place overall and I would never stay there again.
DO NOT BOOK HERE IF DON'T WANT BED BUGS. This is the absolute WORST motel I have ever stayed in. When we checked in we were placed in a dirty room ( shower was dirty, carpet was dirty, and bed sheets/pillowcases were dirty), and there rats in the parking lot running rampant. We went to sleep and out of sheer luck I woke up at 2am only to look down and see BED BUG on my sheets crawling toward me. I immediately killed it, took pics and brought it to the front desk, requesting the rest of our stay be cancelled. The front desk person was very helpful and proceeded to let me know that the two days we hadn't stayed there would be refunded in 3-5 business days, but to get a refund for the night we stayed there we had to contact the manager @ her email. Of course I emailed her right away stating the situation. At this point it has BEEN TWO WEEKS. I've called the front desk 7x, of which 5 of those times were after 3pm M-F which is the time I was told the manager would be there, and I emailed 3x, with ZERO response. I even reached out to the La Quintas overarching customer service with ZERO help. Expedia, who i booked through, has also not been able to contact the manager. I don't even know if the manager exists at this point, but if you don't want a dirty hotel, bed bugs crawling on you, and a MIA manager DON'T STAY HERE.
This place should be shut down, it doesn’t seem safe to stay there and things like the closet hanger was broken very dirty inside.. the bathroom tub was running the whole time. I did not want to set my stuff down let alone stay there. I roughed it out for one night but never will again, I read on the reviews that everyone was complaining and didn’t get any money back so it wasn’t worth it to even try. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a nice hotel because this is not it.
Key issues: Room cleanliness: After bathing my granddaughters, we used the bath mat to dry water on the floor; the mat turned completely black from dirt. Multiple towels picked up visible grime from the floor. Elevator: The elevator we used initially (we had a stroller) smelled strongly of urine. The floor was filthy and torn up. Hallways/stairs: The carpeted stairs and hallways appeared not to have been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time; there was trash and built-up dirt throughout. Health concerns: Given the conditions, I was worried for my small grandchildren’s health. Front desk response: When I calmly brought three filthy towels to the front desk as evidence, the staff member became angry, accused me of lying, and insisted that housekeeping “cleans every day.” I left the interaction feeling dismissed and disrespected.
DO NOT BOOK HERE IF DON'T WANT BED BUGS. This is the absolute WORST motel I have ever stayed in my entire life, not only for quality of our stay but ability complete dismissal on the managerial staffs behalf. When we checked in we were placed on the first floor in a dirty room ( shower was dirty, carpet was dirty, and bed sheets/pillowcases were dirty), and there rats in the parking lot running rampant. We went to sleep at around 10pm, and out of sheer luck I woke up at 2am only to look down and see BED BUG on my sheets crawling toward me. Everything was good. Staff was good. The only thing is I wish there is more outlets in the room, had to unplug the lights to plug in my electronics
Gross place conditions horrible bugs, rats, drugs, dirt everywhere, stuff on the walls everywhere. Not a good place for anyone. First room no coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, tv didn’t work. No wifi signal. Second room bugs so many towel looked black. Cleaned the bath tub and shower washcloth turned yellow brown. The stuff on all the walls wha knows what it was but it was gross. Baggies of drugs outside room door and next door over. Rats bigger than the bunnies. Homeless everywhere and there are broken down cars everywhere and pool closed but empty beer cans.
