This business is a racket between booking.com and the hotel operator. I cancelled my reservation and am entitled to a refund. The process is 2 tier requested through booking and approved by operator. Every time I call booking and reach out to hotel the manager is never available to approve the refund. I’ve called multiple times and after waiting over 39 minutes on hold the manager is never there

The property is located in a nice area.

Upon check out, front desk didn’t properly check me out and I had a hold on my bank account for a reservation that I had canceled and received approval from front desk. I called multiple times for front desk to approve the email sent to them from booking.com for the cancellation, still waiting days before the release can be applied to receive my money back in my bank account. I’m completely disappointed as I always paid on time, but when it comes to my money, they’re inconsiderate of my request and frustration.

Do not book this property. If we could rate them a zero, we would. They charged for the full reservation and dog fee upon arrival. When we got to our room we were horrified by the filth. Red stains on the chair. Smear stains on the comforter. When we pulled back the covers there was hair, body glitter, and a bug. They remake the beds without fresh sheets. We immediately booked another hotel through Hotels.com. We attempted to get a refund and were told we must contact the manager, who ignored emails and when four days later we got her on the phone she stated she would only give us one night refund. We were told without photos we could not prove anything. As getting my family out of there as quickly as possible, I did not stick around to take photos. This place is not only disgusting, but a total scam!!!!

It was poorly kept wasn’t clean trash and broken glass in the walkways rooms were not clean or have working lights

I cancelled my reservation and the front desk gal agreed to cancel it and return the charges.

It's in a strange place with road in and out, scary location, not somewhere I was comfortable going to or staying with my daughter alone (2 females). The elevator was outside which is weird. When we got to the room the smoke alarm was beeping and there was about an inch opening under the door. Bad vibes all together. I cancelled immediately.

Bugs, dirty linen and towels, filthy floor, stains all over walls, holes in dry wall, rude staff. I would give less than 0 if I could.

My son and myself got bitten by bugs the rooms were filthy We took pictures and commented to the front desk and showed pictures we were offered another room that was worse than the first one and my son got bit again

CLEAN! Friendly staff We had nothing but 2 rolled up towels on the counter the stunk and getting bitten by I have no clue what bugs it was the worst stay ever We used to enjoy this facility it was the best priced the staff was friendly everyone was amazing now there are druggies and homeless people everywhere Rooms are discussing
