Filthy, poor management. They offer free breakfast - the first morning, it was a huge mess with food thrown all over the place. - Second morning, all they had was toast. Everyone was complaining, and management did not care—rooms were broken into.

I love the location of the hotel
I did not like how the hotel has really gone down in the last 2 yrs. When I first came it was clean and I loved it. This time it was not clean, stains everywhere even on the sheets. I had to ask for towels because they only gave me one when there was 2 of us in the room. When I asked for my room to be cleaned the sheets also were not changed because the same stain was still on the sheets after. The entire property had trash around like empty beers and cigarettes.. Overall sad because I love the location but will not stay here anymore.

Everything. I SAW A RAT RUN PAST THE FRONT DOOR AFTER I CHECKED IN!!! The property was Dirty. The flooring in the elevator was peeling. The room had stains on the carpet. The remote had no batteries, the bathroom looked unfinished. The microwave was dented on the top as if someone hit it.

It was so dirty. The photos in the pictures were way nicer than the actual room. There was leftover stuff from a previous guest left in the room. Toothbrush. Tub looked disgusting. I was not happy. But it was late and last min. So I couldn’t get a refund.
