Dirty breakfast area, no sugar for coffee, and short food almost to 2 hours to close. Dirty beds and stained sheets. Dirty floors and stairs.

Felt like a lot of drug deals going on, very unsafe,a lot of people coming in and out, screaming from 3-8am and slamming doors.

Nothing.
Everything. My first room the tv wasnt hooked up at all nor the phone or the thermostat. The room had stains on the comforter and no towels. When i told the front desk they presented poor attitude with no help to resolve the issues. Once i recieved another room the staff started laughing hysterically. They knew also the room i was in was unfit to be stayed in but booked it anyways.
