Stayed here for the night after my daughter tour UMass Amherst. It was clean and the rooms were very spacious and had a full kitchen. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helpful too. We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in the area as it also felt safe, secure and had a great breakfast.

The location is great with parking and shops close by. The personal very friendly, the Kitchenette was very useful and our beds were very comfortable. All linens & towels were spotless, clean and fresh. Breakfast a plus.

Sofa bed seating cushions were worn out not firm, I could feel the sofa frame while seating; 1st night shower gel bottle was empty and batteries were replaced in one thermostat and one TV remote control.

They did a great job with quick snow removal. The morning breakfast is amazing, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi signal strength is low.
