Homewood Suites By Hilton Hadley Amherst

We’re a family of 5 and really enjoyed our room here. We had a two bedroom suite with a living room and kitchenette. It’s extra spacious compared to similar extended stay places that we’ve been to. Even the breakfast was decent with a few extra options that I don’t normally see like chia seed pudding and tortillas with toppings. Beds very comfortable as well. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance too (including an Aldi’s next door). My only complaint is that the unit didn’t have a traditional coffee pot. I love my coffee and bring my own grounds because I prefer my coffee above others. This place only had a tiny contraption that uses a particular type of coffee packet. That was really disappointing. I expect normal coffee pot if I’m renting a place with a kitchen. Also, it seemed like housekeeping did not run the dishwasher. A cup in dishwasher was visibly very dirty.

The staff at this property was incredible. I had to travel to the area unexpectedly and found the staff responsive, helpful, and welcoming. They provided both early check-in and late checkout in spite of being pretty much full for the time I was there. And, the morning breakfast was generous with a menu full of options.

Great staff completely safe

Everything was good except the breakfast - around 9:30 it was pretty much all gone. We had to ask for more food but the kitchen people seemed reluctant to refill. Front desk was helpful. Check-in was smooth.

Property was clean, convenient and staff was very professional.

Rooms are great, but the breakfast food was scant even with 1/2 left of breakfast time.

Just what we needed for our visit to Amherst College.
