Homewood Suites By Hilton Hadley Amherst

I have stayed here several times. The property is always clean, the staff are great and it’s nearby to stores and restaurants.

The only thing and it’s very trivial. I wish they had more washers and dryers.

An aging Homewood Suites in a convenient area. Couch in room had seen better days and cushions were visibly broken down. Arrived with a dishwasher full of dishes to be unloaded. Breakfast was pretty bad—always out of spoons, food was below average, and tables not being wiped down. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I did not like the unhlpful staff who never cleaned our room. And did not let us know the breakfast timeswere different on.Monday..and they didnt refill breakfast after 8:40 when it didnt end till 9..we would have gone earlier had we known. We were very surprised at the subpar service, not at all on level with Hilton .

Had a great experience, close to everything and the college

This hotel looks very nice and it looks clean! However when you open up the door it's like stepping inside of an aerosol can. For those who have allergies to aerosols or heavy cleaning products, this hotel is not for you stay somewhere else.

Room was never cleaned.even after a request, the request was denied...had to ask for towels twice requested a refill of conditioner was ignored.. Breakfast was dessimated by 8:30 Monday and not refilled..breakfast ended at 9..front desk was curt and actually hing up on our room clean request. The TV did not work, it was all digitized and garbled..maybe some corporate training would help? Service was definitely not up to Hilton standards, I would not recommend.

Breakfast was great, kid friendly. Pool was on the smaller side, but my kids had it to themselves both times we went and they loved it (would have loved a hot tub for the parents). Extremely clean, quiet and very comfortable. Kitchen in the room was a bonus. Very happy with our stay.

Staff at front desk was not welcoming at all, but she wasn’t rude or unfriendly.

We had to come for a tough family trip and a funeral. Despite the hotel forgetting to come do turndown service for the three nights we were there, we had a great trip. Service was great and the facilities were in great shape. They ran out of blankets and towels one night and the manager was so sorry and grabbed some pool towels for us!
