The cleanliness ,decor and high standard of the room. Bedlinen and towels were so clean. The host Alessia was so helpful with recommendations and kindly made restaurant reservations for us.. The location is superb being close to train station and in the city centre. The BB is located in a building which has a post office on the ground floor. Access is through a beautiful big brown door and then a lift on the right to the 4th floor. We would definitely stay here again.!! Thank you Alessia for a wonderful stay. Maria&Gerry.

Our stay at the b&b was wonderful, especially thanks to the kindness and help of Alessia ! Great location also, in a quiet street close to the center

Very close to the Genova Brignole train station, Main Street and the old town. Bedroom looked amazing and kept very clean. Breakfast was a very good Italian and enjoyed the conversation with the other guests and the Landowner. The landowner was extremely helpful and gave very good advice on where to go and where to eat.

Facilities - a kettle in the room would be an excellent addition, after a hard day out seeing the sights Breakfast could be more of a buffet, but Alessia was eager to please and she did buy us cornflakes!

The room was perfect for what we needed with an ideal location close to the centre and the train station. The shower was amazing and we had great nights’ sleeps. Alessia was incredibly welcoming and helped us out with her advice and recommendations.

We liked everything. Alessia is a wonderful host, she helped us with our roaming problem by pointing out the nearest Vodafone store, she recommended us very good restaurants and what to visit and how. She is so warm and friendly, she really made our stay unforgettable. On top of that the room was cleaned every day, she even prepared something for us to go when we wanted to skip breakfast to visit earlier the 5 terre. You should really try the focaccia when you eat the breakfast, it's amazing. I recommend Ca dei Nobili, for us it was the best stay we had in Italy.

The room was really clean, well decorated and furnished. Alessia made sure everything was in order for our stay. Great location : 5 to 10 min to the city centre, 5 min from Brignole train station. The breakfast was very good. We tried some genovese specialties. Thank you Alessia!!

Absolutely exceptional accommodation comprising just a few spotless, nicely decorated rooms with great service/communication from alessia. Large room / bathroom with fab powerful shower. Breakfast served in the communal room. Cheese, cereal, bread, cake, fruit and yoghurt. Shw will serve whatever you like. Rooms have fridge and minibar. Excellent double glazing, mosquito screen & aircon if needed. Just so close to the main genoa brignole station. Walk to most sights. Easy check in and out - leave luggage securely to collect later with a separate key. Alessia trusts you to leave it behind when you vacate. So lovely and super helpful as a 'manager'.
