The rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful. Location a little outside the hub but a comfortable walk into the centre (10/15 min)

Outside is a bit tired and would benefit from a freshen up. No bar fridge, shower was a step in bathtub. I thought expensive but it was midsummer weekend.

The housekeeping service was appalling. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The Executive Double Room did not have an enclosed cupboard for hanging clothes. The furnishings were basic. The air conditioning did not work well.

Good location, relatively quiet, a block away from Central Station and only a short walk to Strotget. Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options.

It's a shame they charge extra for fresh cooked eggs at breakfast.

Location, good room. Comfy bed. Good assistance at reception. Good food. Happy staff

Odada minibar yok ve 3 gun boyunca housekeeping odaya gelmedi iletmemize ragmen.Çöpler tasmaya basladi, sampuan bitmek uzere olan bir paket konmus sıkılmıyor bile esim soyledi biri odaya birakmis islak havlulari almadan.Kizimizla kaliyoruz 3 kisi icin 2 kupa vardi sadece 2 adet çay koyulmus, 3 gun boyunca girilmeyecek odaya cay da konmuyorsa kettle olmasinin anlami nedir.Temizlik demekki sadece check outta yapiliyor sadece rahatsiz etmeyin isareti vardi coplerin alinmamasina cok sasirdik.
