Fantastic dream like location. All the staff where incredible especially Pedro who always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best.

That we didn’t stay longer. But we will next year.

Muy lindo, cercano a la playa, personal muy amable, tranquilo y privado.

Al ser construcciones tipo cabañas, la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, pero tenía ventiladores. Sería el único punto negativo.

Overpriced for a palapa

Hotel a pie de playa, son módulos de dos plantas. Nosotros estábamos en la primera planta. La cama super confortable, bañera y ducha. Sin duda volveré o volvería. Nombrar a Manuel un profesional resolutivo.

No había frigorífico en la habitación

The fan over our bed stopped working. I wish there was a small refrigerator to store beverages

El hotel en general es precioso, es la mejor elección, las habitaciones son cómodas, bonitas y su diseño es excepcional, la atención de todos es amable y siempre están super atentos de cualquier cosa, la alberca es hermosa y agradable y el servicio de spa es de lujo. Es el mejor lugar para relajarse, todo fue perfecto
