"Great place to stay but stay away from their cheap expensive wine"

The location close to the beach was very nice with plenty of vegetations. We liked the rustic vibe of the room and surroundings. Nice bar and restaurant with good food.

The bathtub drain plug wasn't sealing so we couldn't take a bath. The water of the pool was cold caused by surrounding trees all around the pool and leaves were all over the deck. While it is the low season they should consider giving the pool deck and surrounding a fresh coat of paint. It was my wife birthday so they offered us flowers and a bottle of wine which we appreciated, I assumed it was complimentary since they never mentioned the price so we got hit with a 900 pesos charge for a cheap bottle of rosé when we checked out. Like other reviews mentioned the Disco next door starts playing at around 11pm and plays all night into the early morning. You hear that bass stumping all night long.

Es un hotel hermoso y bien ubicado.

Las ventanas eran con baldas fijas que no permitían que entrase la luz salvo que las abrieras de par en par

the room and the bathtub are excellent and that it is pet friendly as we always have our dogs.

would love to have a small fridge in the room or access to ice.

La ubicación, las áreas verdes, la comida del restaurante gula gula!!

Un poco incomodas las almohadas, el aire acondicionado no sentía que tuviera la potencia que desearía, hay muy poca luz en la parte de abajo y a parte las ventanas no se abren completamente para tener luz natural adentro de la habitación, si tuviera un tipo de persiana plegable o algo que permita tener mas luz estaría genial

La cómoda de el bicho, la comodidad de la habitación en general y la alberca bajo los árboles y palmas. Además de los masajes en el spa, fueron muy relajantes.

Nada todo perfecto 👌.
