Staypineapple, An Elegant Hotel, Union Square

Location was excellent for the city centre. Member of staff who checked us in - can't remember her name - was exceptionally friendly and gave all relevant information regarding the hotel. The room was very well equipped.

Stayed here for four nights, my second time in San Francisco. It’s a nice hotel. The rooms are decent size, the bathroom is quite huge. The beds are really comfortable and I got some really good nights sleep. The lobby area is spacious and plenty of chairs and tables to sit and watch the streets or eat and drink something. The area itself is interesting. There are like a whole row of hotels. It’s kind of close to some rough areas in SF (I mean it is downtown SF) but I found it to be safe and quiet. I thought the staff were welcoming and helpful.

There was only 1 microwave for the hotel guest to use in the main lobby for food to be reheated after exploring the city

Very modern, elegant design, friendly staff

I stayed for 6 nights, and the price you pay for amenities which are free at most other hotels is simply not worth it. The rooms are not properly cleaned, and there is dust everywhere.

No bar, or food option, as the bistro had closed.
