Clean and comfortable but no soap fish in shower to hold soap and shampoo bottles.

Room conditions and everything were fine, but the Hispanic lady at the front desk with the long nails had unnecessary attitude. I couldn’t hear her through their thick glass and she gave me a stank face every time I asked her to repeat what she said.

The room was clean, it is a bit older and you can tell from certain parts that need to be fixed. The area was mainly quiet except for some guests who were a little more loud but that’s out of the owner’s control. Good location as it was next to a main road and about 20-30 minutes from downtown Houston.

Very well kept property, and the rooms were nice, comfy, and roomy. Beside Lamps would be a great addition...other than that, the bed was very comfortable, but the bed rattled...lol.

Breakfast was not good. The fruit and bread were never fresh. One of the bagel had a fungus which was kept for breakfast for all days I stayed. For 2 of 5 days coffee machine was givivg only water. Juice machine did jot work throughout my stay. I complaint to one of the owner and he promised but did nothing to fix tbe issue.

Upon arriving the manager was not very nice and kept asking us if we smoked after telling him "no" multiple times. The room reeked of the smell of cigarette smells, the towels were stained with something brown, and while trying to use the blowdryer it sparked in my hands and blew out.

Very convenient location to my visit in Sugar Land. I read some mediocre reviews about this property on Expedia before booking but was pleased with my stay. Seriously, I don't know what people expected from their negative remarks for $60 a night. I used to stay at the Hilton down the street for three times that amount.

We have stayed at this hotel at least a half dozen times to take my son to a specialist at Texas Children’s Hospital. The hotel is consistently clean and well kept and it is a bargain amongst higher priced options close by that are dirtier and feel less safe. This is a no frills hotel, there is no pool or workout room or onsite restaurant, but that works for us just fine since we just need a place to sleep. If that is what you need, you cannot do better in this area than this hotel for the price. It is not located on a major highway, but I find that a plus for a quiet night’s sleep without the constant drone of traffic.
