Budget Host Inn and Suites

Five miles from surgical hospital. A/C unit a little loud but cooled room just fine.

It was a nice & comfortable hotel. I called ahead to tell them that I would arrive at 3pm. The room was hot! No instructions about the A/C so I tried the A/C Control Panel first. No luck. By the time I saw a thermostat on another wall, I was very sweaty. Had to undress, and stay in front of the A/C to get dry.

Some items in the rooms need attention. Toilet seat of my room was loose and there was no water pressure. Mattresses are quite uncomfortable. Price is ok but if you have $15 more, stay elsewhere.

The pics shown on website r completely different than the actual rooms. Was very dissatisfied . They also served expired breakfast items.

Nice place. I enjoyed my room.

Trucks parked on property, keeping noise. The breakfast that promise wasn't a breakfast at all.

LATE CHECK IN! HAD MY ROOM READY AND IT WAS VERY EASY AND NICE.

Great stay! Room was spotless! Cheap and comfortable. Big room too. Lots of space with the king bed room. It was cold rainy during our stay, so the heater on the a/c unit worked well. I liked that the bathroom had a fan. I actually left it on all night because I’m used to sleeping with the drone of a fan on. The tv was angled up over cords and remote control hard to work, but we were just there for one night anyway. The fridge wasn’t cooling well, but for how clean the room was these things were pretty minor. Overall, a pleasant stay.
