Juliana demonstrates excellent customer service skills. She is friendly, respectful and has her customers best interests in mind. It's always a pleasure seeing her when we come to stay. We appreciated her hospitality and commitment to keeping us comfortable and satisfied. She is awesome!

Grest service. Bob and Sarah were two awesome employees. Always helpful, and took care of some items we left behind until we could get them. Overall, awesome!

Only problem I had was that a few lights weren’t working but I still give this facility a 10/10. My main concern is always cleanliness and my expectations were met. Especially since I was traveling with my kids with one being a toddler. The front desk staff was also pleasant.

We visited Roebbelen center for kids sports and stayed at the home2suites with some other team families. We chose the home2suites because of the location and we are Hilton gold members. The gold status didn’t give us much perks besides some snacks, but we found the customer service to be pleasant. Breakfast was average, we liked that they had a waffle maker. Cons: place was pretty clean and newish but the shower could have been cleaner. Pros: walking distance to top golf, laundry on premises, more comfortable sofabed compared to other similar accommodations, parking felt safe. Rooms very spacious.

Front desk gave excellent and efficient customer service. A housekeeper wasn’t very friendly and didn’t make me feel welcomed at the facility.
