Weird smell. Requested a different room and the next room, although not as strong, had the same weird smell. I’ve stayed at different Home 2 Suites and this is the first time I had a negative experience. I will not stay at this particular location anymore. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel in a great location.

Nice location near top golf. Plenty of restaurants near by.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. Management called me at the last minute to tell me they were overbooked and no longer had a room for me,even though they had already placed a hold on my credit card. I was only 15 minutes away from the property when they told me this. They showed no concern that my family and I were left out in the cold late at night with nowhere to go. They did send a referral to another property, but couldn’t confirm whether the new place would honor the rate I had reserved. They also tried to blame Booking, claiming they were sold out, which doesn’t make sense because I made my reservation a month in advance. Another family member booked the same property and had no issues, but they prepaid. So it’s clear the hotel gave away or resold my room simply because I didn’t arrive exactly at the 3 PM check-in time. Overall, this was an unprofessional and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property.

Very disappointing experience. I thought being a Hilton hotel this would be great but this hotel was not up to the standard I expect of a Hilton or even a basic motel. The first morning after a long night flight, went down to breakfast at about 8.45 not realising that breakfast would be immediately cut off at 9 am. Was just trying to get some toast when the waitress, Consuella reached in front of me and closed the curtains to the breakfast counter. I found this very discourteous and when I asked her what she was doing she shrugged and carried on closing every down before I could get my breakfast. The next morning we went down early, having learnt our lesson, to find no bowls for cereal, no dessert spoons for cereal, no fresh berries although there were the remains of them in an empty container. Following morning, exactly the same scenario. Also that day we had an unexplained fire alarm having to stand around outside the hotel with no explanation and I see from a previous review that this has happened before. We stayed for a total of 10 staggered days and all that time only one elevator was working. This has also been mentioned in a previous review. All this and more could have been forgiven except for three unexplained charges on our account. After emailing a query about this, two of the charges were refunded but now a month later the third charge has not been refunded or replied to although we have sent several requests. I am of the opinion that none of the staff cares at all about the guests and this must surely be a poor reflection on Hilton's reputation.
