Room had everything we needed.

Breakfast was great, coffee, the room was comfortable and great suite with kitchen utensils inside.

The kitchen staff was on it! Cleaning and greeting people the entire time. Every staff member said hello. I mean for hotel coffee , it was bangin!

Hated this stay. The room smelled like cat pee. There was droplets of blood on the floor and the blind was dirty. I needed a staycation with the family and small dog while our house was under renovation. Wouldn't say again. Our dog has stayed in numerous hotels and we've never been somewhere that smelled so bad.

Location was perfect with tons of things around to do

Really nice room and facilities. Breakfast was a little disappointing and not as advertised. The only fresh fruit were apples and oranges and the apples did not appear washed as they still had stickers on. The egg omelettes were pre made and the inside was runny. There were no scrambled eggs or fresh berries as advertised on the poster in the elevator. Other than that it was a very nice room and great service.

Clean room and property, breakfast is more expansive than most places, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient to the freeway and a large galleria with plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s 109 degrees outside but unfortunately the pool area is just concrete, no shade, umbrellas, no lounges and just metal chairs to sit on. The $10/day “self parking fee” is just a ridiculous Hilton money grab since there’s plenty of parking spaces, none of them covered. It’s definitely not a destination hotel, but an ok place to stay of you’re going to be busy elsewhere during the day or you’re on your way to somewhere else.
