Dragon Peaks Mountain Resort

The Facility is good but I was disappointed as I had booked a 1 night stay and it said breakfast included but was told other wise.

When booking my stay breakfast was included but in the morning I was told that breakfast was not included very disappointed

First chalet had issues so we were moved to another chalet which was much better. The staff at reception were great and sorting out the problems immediately.

The restaurant was exceptionally poor and the food well below standard to a point that my son couldn't eat it. The lady manager on duty was very dismissive of our problems and just wanted to get the credit card payment done while I was still discussing our issues. She couldn't leave fast enough. The owner of the restaurant at least phoned me 2 days later after we had left to apologise for the inconvenience and promised to make up for it so felt a little better after the discussion with him.

Fan in room was way to powerfully. Unit could have done with aircon.

The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious

Place is really not well maintained. Dams are in absolutely poor condition and paying extra for the lake view rooms are not worth it. There's more water plants, actually covers up alot of the dams.

We enjoyed the restaurant food.

There were issues with our unit that the staff were aware of before we arrived but did not mention to us. The oven was also not working which we made the staff aware of and we requested that someone contact us about a discount on our stay given that the unit was not in working order and they were aware of this before we came and did not tell us. The unit was also very musty when we arrived. We have still not been contacted weeks later. The kids pool was green and the trampolines were broken (cordoned off).

Enjoyed the horses and zebra on the lawn in the morning

Very little hanging or shelf space in the bathroom for clothing and towels.
