The scenery, the rooms were clean, cleaning staff and all other staff met was friendly when greeted.

The monkeys that get inside rooms through windows. Management must consider installing screens or burglar bars. The rooms get misty because we fear opening windows.

Location , breakfasts and spaciousness of apartment.

Lots of dampness in the room. Water from rain running into apartment under front door. Christmas lunch was not up to scratch. Food selection poor. Very little effort was made to make the luncheon special.

Friendly staff! Housekeeping great! Stayed in Lakeside upstairs, loved it!

All logistics ran very smoothly, staff were friendly, cottage was neat and clean. The restaurant was great, service excellent. Facilities wonderful.

The door to the unit was very hard to unlock and lock, there is no fan in the room with two single beds and the couch pillows move around on the couch and are uncomfortable. Easy to fix.

Tv package poor booklet says 6 channel we could only get 2 asked for manager to come and dort out was told twice he was coming did not turn up very unprofessional he really didn't give a tosd about his customers disgraceful

Tv crap bedside lambs did not work food in restaurant very poor not hood value

I liked the view and seeing animals and how helpful the staff is

The beautiful view of the mountain and the birdlife is exquisite. At the gate we saw on three consecutive days, bald ibises. Also one day a pair of Southern ground hornbills near the gate on the main R600. At the "waterfront" dam in the resort we found a wooly neck stork and a flock of black headed herons, red bishops and broad beak weavers in the reads, a number of ducks and about 10 other bird species which includes mountain wagtail, cape wagtails, red-crested cuckoo. A total of 37 different species seen in the resort and over 49 species seen in the valley during a 4 day stay. The shop on the site is well stocked and a pleasant surprise. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious and fresh towels every day was a great spoil.

The curtaining in the room was not comfortable and easy to open or close. We had to unhook some hooks. The list of assets is not 100% up to date- there are more stuff than on the list which is confusing. There are no proper mixing bowels -it should also have a small size pan in addition to what there is. Bathroom a bit small. There is no need for a full bath in a two-sleeper unit. A nice big shower will be more comfy.
