We had ridiculously loud neighbors screaming and carrying on from10:00pm until after 1:00am. When you reserve here you get an email stating they tolerate NO PARTIES, it would be great if it were enforced. We reached out multiple times to the number we were given upon arrival that was to be utilized with any needs that may arise during our stay, however no one was answering so we had to look up the front desk number to get assistance. Due to booking through a third party vendor, the hotel said they could not credit us anything but they would have if we booked directly. We are very disappointed as we typically have enjoyed staying at this particular chain of hotels. We will not be staying again.

Everything was great, easy check-in nice room, except for I found black hairs on my sheets in the bed and on the bathroom floor and the bathroom floor was sticky. I did wipe everything up and the towel was black when I was done.

Generally ok. The rooms are old and worn out but clean and the beds were comfortable. Do yourself a favor and grab breakfast at the Chick fil a across the parking lot because the breakfast at the hotel is pretty nleak6.

"Nice Hotel, Good Area, Paper Thin Walls"

Hotel is clean, staff is competent. However, walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation that is happening in every room around you and hallway. Even personal family conversations. We can hear when they fart or cough. I am sitting in the room right now listening to the housekeeper talk about her "MF son" as she cleans the room next door. So if you want a quite place to stay, maybe look somewhere else. If you like hearing everyone's drama, then this is the place for you.
