Hampton Inn Buffalo-Airport Galleria Mall

We stayed here before our flight the next day. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast we a good variety for us to choose from and relax before our flight.

Difficult to sleep. Loud TV from 1am to 6am.

Breakfast was good. Room and location also very nice

Hotel is 15-20 mins from Highmark Stadium. Standard warm breakfast with waffle maker. Room was clean and comfortable in safe area. Cut my wife's leg from added metal connecter protruding from bedframe that's a safety risk. Chain Restaurants just a walk across the parking lot. No EV charger on-site but available 5 min drive away. Quality hotel

Hygiene

The hotel was packed with teens. They were running up and down the halls-yelling and screaming. We called the front desk 3 times to address the issue-the 3rd time, nobody answered our call. We confronted them and told them they needed to quiet down-this led to pounding on the walls outside our room and an prank call on our room phone very late at night. In the morning, we weren't able to get anywhere near the breakfast area due to the volume of adolescents. During checkout, we requested to be reimbursed for the stay and reported what happened to the staff and manager. Due to our booking being through a 3rd party, they were unable to do that. They said they would arrange for us to get a free night in points, but those have not shown up in our account yet.

The only thing I didn’t like was my room was outside of the check in desk we had been woken up by people coming back from some event and it was pretty loud in the lobby. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
