"The staff needs better communication. We asked for a 12:30pm checkout which the front desk receptionist added for us, ye"

Convenient location for where we had appointments.

No lotion or body wash in dispenser upon arrival, big yellow pee stain on main white comforter (they tried covering it with the top decorative sheet), no trash bags and no complementary q-tips like other hotels. No microwave which would have been nice even for a one night stay, very small fridge, Lack of communication among staff. Very expensive vending machine food ($6 for one small ice cream sandwich compared to $4 for a 4 pack of the same kind across the street at WinCo).

"Great location, good value for an over night stay."

Clean, friendly check-in, workout room, view if Top Golf Course.

Heater-fan in room rattled throughout the night. Hot tub was supposed to be operational but algae was visible on sides and water was cloudy. Request for empty disinfectant wipes in workout room was ignored.
