Great room design loved coat hangers

We stay here whenever we are in Salt Lake. This location is amazing! Super clean and great location. Fun to see the Top Golf range right out your window.

Close enough to freeway for convenience, but not so close as to be noisy. Good value for the price. Pool and hot tub with good hours (6am- 11pm). Full breakfast provided--hot and cold cereals, omelettes, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, juices, bagels, toast, spreads. Coffee all day in lobby. Small fridge (no freezer) in room. No microwave in room but there is a microwave in the lobby where there is also a pool table and TV screens showing sports. It's a large, colorful lobby with lots of seating and eating areas. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure for shower. No bath, but I prefer showers anyway. Rooms are small. Not too much of an issue for two people (except that the room is too narrow to fit a dresser), but for four it would be somewhat cramped. Felt a little dorm room-ish. Functional but utilitarian with lots of black metal and faux wood. Very small desk surface to work on. It's a rolling desk, but that seemed gimmicky considering that there was little space to roll it anywhere. No carpet, dark laminate flooring. No closet, just.a hanging bar over the fridge. My biggest gripe was that there were no drawers to put my things away. I'm someone who unpacks their bags immediately since I hate living out of my suitcase. I had to balance my case on a long, low, narrow bench with no lighting above it, which I found inconvenient. Not a luxury hotel, but clean, generally comfortable, and has most things you need. I would probably stay here again for a night or two.

Terrible management. Rooms good, location good. Late flight and check in at 11pm. Went to king size room and room had not been cleaned (as in bed not made, wet towels on floor like someone had just been there). Had to settle for double room. Next day manager called like she thought we just didn't think room clean enough. When explained it had not been cleaned at all she said the room was fine when she checked it that morning. She was calling us liars! Not sure if night crew called back in someone to clean it but why would we make that up and THEN SETTLE for a double room for my husband and I for 4 nights? No real apology and again basically called us liars. We apparently needed to take a picture! Not cool and will not go back regardless of how good the location/hotel itself is. Room not cleaned is forgivable but way we were treated by manager is not!

Everything. Especially how close it was to Top Golf which was the reason I chose this hotel.
