"Won't stay here again."

Booked a room with a bathtub. The bathtub would not hold water in two rooms. The blinds would not come down all the way leaving light entering. The sound from the highway was constant, and was offered a white noise machine meaning that this is a constant complaint. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. In the past, Hilton was a high-quality hotel. Newer hotel. Doug at the front desk was really nice. The issues are corporate.

PARKER at the front desk in the evening was fantastic. He helped straighten out a problem with third-party booking. He was very helpful and kind. He turned the entire situation around with his great attitude.

"Friendly staff and a great stopping point to the beach."

This felt like a new hotel, and the staff was very friendly from arrival to departure. We were traveling with a puppy, and you would never have known the hotel was pet-friendly because everything was so clean and pristine. Breakfast was wonderful as well.

Wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities.

"Feels brand new, light and bright"

Felt brand new although apparently it’s been there 7 years. Light and bright, very clean and fresh. Nice breakfast area in lobby. Easy access from highway despite the roadworks.

Breakfast options were limited and they advertised Lavazza coffee but must have put half the required amount of coffee in the coffee brewer - it was the weakest coffee ever. Such a disappointment.
