There is no tissue paper in the room overall is okey

Great place to stay. Very Cozy.

Stayed at hotel for a couple of weeks Room was very small although the room rate was very reasonable. Room was clean but housekeeping always knocked on the door even if the "Do Not Disturd " sign was on.

#Cheaper# My friend changed his plan to visit so he would love to transfer/relet his room to someone interested. The hotel is really nice and in good location. Please see the attached details if you're interested.

The lady staff provided the good service for us to play with my son. And the Front desk staffs are very poliet and gave us a lot amenities to my kid. But can I suggest one thing : My son just 17 months, the frame of baby bed is not tall enough while he wakes up in the morning. HSKP staffs said the taller size was out of stock. Can Management to purchase more for backup? DO NOT ask me to think the protection, it is from your Management to consider how safety you can provide to all kids as your hotel mentioned the family rooms you are providing. And the resturant : We ordered the steak with medium rare, it was overcooked & the fish fillet just warm. Nice location, just 3 mins by walk from station. The staff at the reception was very friendly. I booked 7 nights. The staff gave me a bigger room. I checked the reviews and most people said that they rooms were very tiny. However, my room was a pretty good size. I believe it was about 200 sq. ft. and was very comfortable.

It was right next to public transportation to and from the airport. Close to the mall and shopping area in Tuen Mon.
