Overall experience for 2 nights is good as room is clean, check in is fast. Staff is friendly. Quite disappointed for Breakfast buffet as food provided is limited. Shampoo/Conditioner 2 in 1 in bathroom is in poor quality.

Very cute and cool decor! Definitely a lot of thought put into it. Service and housekeeping were very professional and quick as well. Would love to stay here again if I came back to Hong Kong.

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 other occasions without any issues. All past stays I was put in a Japan themed room. This last stay they put me in the kids room which was cramped and way less comfortable. Aircon vent blows right at the bed due to room size and had to switch off at night. I need to work in the room and desk is tiny and chair cannot be pushed back as it hits the wardrobe. Arrived late evening and asked change in the morning which I probably should have done immediately the night before. Even though they had rooms available they told me they were full. Immediately prior to my enquiry the receptionist told another guy they had rooms available. I pointed this out and was then told that they cannot change the room after the initial booking. Very unhappy with the room and customer service and will not be returning. I would advise to change immediately if you do not like the room even if it is late in the evening.

The location is good and convenient. The room is clean and tidy. However, the lift button can be improved as the key card cannot always be detected at the lift.

Arrived late at night (around 9-10 pm) and was assigned to 9th floor - Thai theme. It looked alright till we saw it in day light the next day. The room was barely ready and absolutely dirty - the seats, walls etc covered with stains and/dust. The hair drier almost short-circuit that it turned itself off. Never been to a hotel that would offer such a standard to customers. Reported it to the reception and the hotel manager came. Offered us to switch to another room so we did that night. Slightly better with the African theme as it's a lighter/brighter room but again, wall was scratched and under the bed is only a bit less dusty but still very much. Also sent some clothes to wash and some went missing. Was told that they reminded the laundry company to be more careful but that was it, no goodwill or compensation as such. The pool was surround by the hotel structure itself that you barely get any sun. And I mistakenly left some newly opened toiletries on the shelf in the shower, called the reception the night and asked if they could locate them for me to pick up. Was promised a call the next morning and never got one so phoned them back mid-afternoon and was told there's nothing left behind. Again, no effort to show any concern. Overall, poor service and do not recommend it to anyone at all!
