the room is very small. lucky i just booked 8 nights in my 20 days holiday..honesty, i wont stay in cozi tune mum again...the ckeaners are ok..but i just dont like the room.sorry Cozi!

I like how easy it is to get here and the process for checking in. I also like the ease of access to shopping areas and food. Your staff are friendly and I love it. What I don't like is how poor the wi-fi signal is. Often times, I have 1-to-0 bars. I have an updated receiver so this isn't an issue on my end.

"很不愉快的經歷"

Check-in嘅時候同事答得唔清楚，然後上到間房個地板超污糟，好似冇人清潔咁，問佢哋攞盒裝紙巾過咗成個鐘都冇，沖涼嘅時候熱水又唔熱…..然後啲服務員上到又好唔有友善……speechless ….

Hotel Cozi is very clean, comfortable and the staff are so friends. The note is conveniently close by the MTR and rail station. There are lots of malls around.
