Hotel Bella Casa

Great location on Rustaveli Street. The room is large and spacious, staff are kind and helpful.

You ring the bell and wait for door opening and than take stairs to reception on first floor. Building is old and there is no elevator, you have to take stairs to the room on second floor. The room is large but old furniture, bed is not that much comfortable. There is no water on the room, you have to ask for. When i came to the room in the evening, it had not been cleaned and i had to ask for the service. The towels were stained and not very clean

Booked 2 rooms didn't put adults no elevator on the premises and not listed and were not willing to cancel the reservation even though they promised over the phone, wanted to put them on the 3rd floor really shameful for the hotel

Очень гостеприимный персонал, удачное расположение отеля - близко до старого города, комфортные номера ) Встретили, как родных, детям подарили леденцы, дали номер больше, чем мы бронировали :) Очень рекомендуем для размещения в Тбилиси

Супер расположение! Несмотря на отсутствие лифта, мы прекрасно отдохнули, номера отличные! Персонал, который старается помогать даже а мелочах, во главе с Саломе просто невероятный!
