Emplacement très pratique au pied du terminus de la ligne 1, juste à côté d’un supermarché, et pas très loin de la plage à pied. Maison de ville assez grande avec terrasse, très pratique pour les grands groupes. Lits confortables, salon agréable. Rapport qualité/prix excellent, ce qui permet de tolérer les quelques imperfections de la maison. Hôtes disponibles/réactifs et sympas.

Le nettoyage du sol pourrait être amélioré (ça a l’air propre, mais en réalité c’est sale!). La maison est assez mal isolée donc beaucoup de chambres ont le bruit de la rue. Quelques portes fenêtres se ferment mal et il faut fermer le rideau à chaque fois que l’on part.

Great place to us, looked like beautiful pictures,modern, the traffic is best, metro and nearby the house. There are many supermarket nearby apartment. The accommodation is lovely I am comfortable the host, very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again when back in Spain.

Due to the house built in main street,very noise at night.

The house was good for our group – there was enough space for all of us as we were a group of 12 people. The location is great.

As soon as we arrived, the shower door fell off. It had only been loosely attached because one of the wheels was missing. This is very dangerous, and they must have known about it, as they sent repair workers in the last hour before we left—even though we hadn’t reported it. There was also no water in one of the toilets, and in the bathrooms there was no cold water, only hot. The hob didn’t work—we spent two hours just trying to make a coffee. The doors had no locks and didn’t even close properly. The terrace was not cleaned. One of the dining chairs was broken. Communication with them was difficult. When the repair workers arrived one hour before our departure, no one had informed us. They only spoke Spanish, and since we don’t speak Spanish, it was very hard to communicate. Because of this, we left 40 minutes late. Only then did they find time to message us twice that check-out was at 10, even though we had agreed to stay until 12 if there was no next booking.

Lokalizacja najlepsza, obok metro i blisko do plaży. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.

Łazienka na ostatnim piętrze przeciekała- zalało nam rzeczy sypialni na 1 piętrze. Nie podobało mi sie tez, że po zakwaterowaniu o 16.00 ekipa sprzątająca nadal byla w domu i musiałam kwaterowac się wśród worków ze śmieciami.

L'appartement est très grand pour un grand groupe , a 20 min du centre de barcelone en metro station juste en face de L'appartement La mer pas loin , beaucoup de magasin à côté à 20 min de l'aéroport, Les lit sont confortables et les salles de bain sembles avoir étaient refaite il y a pas longtemps.je recommande.

Dans l'ensemble on voit que le mabage a été fait mais de façon rapide , pas assez de verre et de couverts et de tasse a petit dej pour un grand groupe. Mettre un peu plus de pastille lave vaisselle Les canapés sont un peu salle est un peu vieux . Le ménage doit être fait plus sérieusement

Duże, przestronne mieszkanie dla rodzin lub grupy przyjaciół nastawionych na zwiedzanie. Doskonała lokalizacja - stacja metra zaledwie parę kroków od mieszkania.

Byliśmy poza sezonem więc podejrzewam, że mieszkanie nie jest na bieżąco sprzątane jednak przed przyjazdem gości wypadałoby pościerać kurze.

la chambre du RDC impossible de dormir trop de bruit des voitoires. nous etions 13 et pas suffisement de vaiselle (12 fourchettes ) et un seul torchon de cuisine .
