Seemed clean and the staff was kind. The room was so humid! The air was working but it didn’t take out the humidity. Also, there was no tv guide or list so that was a bit annoying to not see what was playing on what channels.

"good value and location, some minor issues, we would consider staying here again"

there was a big hassle checking in. The amount we prepaid through Booking.com was different by $.50 and it took 30 minutes to correct it. I don't think we will use Booking.com again. The person working at the desk was very diligent and polite to us to solve the problem. The property is in good shape, the room was clean.

no meat at the breakfast bar, self make waffles were good the hot tub was broken

"Won’t be my first choice next time.!"

Quiet, convenient location, walked to a close by restaurant. Variety at breakfast.

Hot tub was out of order, second time for us in a 4 month period. Due to that, we were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. We went to that room and it had not been cleaned. Given a different room ( not an upgrade) and the air conditioner didn’t work. Our third room had air ( no upgrade) but we had to have the drain fixed. Looked for an extra blanket and none in the room. The shower temp was not able to be controlled…was either cold or scalding hot.

"Exceptional"

The location of this hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants and the Ledge Amphitheater. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The description of the suite room stated it had a bedroom which I was thinking would have been a separate room from the small living area but that was not the case.

The dusty air conditioner turns on and off frequently all night. The water force is the shower was very poor. Couldn’t hang up anything in the bathroom since there was no towel rack.

Stayed here for one night as a resting stop both on the way to our destination and the way back home from our destination. Front desk was nice and friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent. Nothing fancy but a clean hotel accommodation and great resting stop. Good restaurants nearby.

Went to check in was told they canceled my reservation beacuse they overbooked the hotel. My reservations was not canceled i had the booking...I reserved my room months in advice... their was a concert in town so they decided to sell our room for more.... guy at the desk was rude.
