Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St Cloud West, MN

It was very loud due to hockey players who enjoyed running up and down the halls. One of our bed covering was dirty and looked like maybe coffee stains all over it. All in all it was wonderful. Nicely located and a very nice breakfast.

Awesome hotel! Very quiet! Lots of shopping and restaurants near.

The pool wasn’t working for the first few days but the Maintenance man deserves kudos for talking with customers and going above and beyond to get it fixed faster! However, the day time front desk is not informative about the hotel or the area! When asking about the pool, they didn’t know why it was closed BUT had a sign saying the pool was open. I suggested updating that sign and she was like yea that would be a good idea but yet never updated it. The staff didn’t have any recommendations of things to do or places for coffee or food. Being that this hotel is used by a lot of military families it would be more helpful if the staff could suggest things in the area when asked.

Great place to stay. Close to everything. The room was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We have stayed here many times and still love it.

Our first room smelled badly of smoke. The second room across the hall did too. The third room that was next door to the others, still smelled of smoke, but it was late and we were tired so we took it. The man at the desk was very helpful and everything else about the hotel was great. People should be penalized greatly $$$ for smoking in the rooms. We came home and had to wash everything that was unworn in our suitcase.
